Accessibility

Sparks Tree Care is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
• A skip link to jump straight to the main content
• Full keyboard navigation, including the menu, map and gallery
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA
• Descriptive alt text on images that carry meaning
• Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system

Standards

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
